Carlos P. Salas, is President of The Change Company LLC and CEO of Change Lending, the country’s largest Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) mortgage lender. Previously, Mr. Salas served as CEO of Axos Clearing (NYSE:AX), a correspondent clearing firm providing clearing services to dozens of introducing broker-dealers throughout the U.S., and as Chief of Staff of Banc of California. Earlier, he managed a private investment firm and worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and as an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Mr. Salas served as a member of FINRA’s Clearing Firms Advisory Committee and received a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
