Carolyn is a managing director Cin Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. She is a lead portfolio manager focused on outsourced CIO (OCIO) solutions. MAS provides multi-asset class products and solutions for institutional and individual investors, focusing on customized asset allocation, tactical implementation, risk management and portfolio construction.

Previously, Carolyn worked in the firm’s London office, where she led the European fiduciary management effort for MAS, with a particular focus on UK and Dutch defined benefit plans. While in London, she was a trustee of the firm’s UK defined benefit pension scheme. Carolyn joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 as an analyst in New York in the Investment Strategies Group, supporting the development of capital market assumptions, model portfolios and liability analytics, and was named managing director in 2021.

Carolyn earned a BS, summa cum laude, in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Richmond in 2004, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
