Cody is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Green Rock Energy Partners. Prior to launching Green Rock, Cody was the CFO of Edge LNG, a distributed LNG company which sources natural gas from stranded or abandoned wellhead and flared sources. In addition to Edge LNG, Cody also co-founded Distributed Gas Solutions Canada and Ganamex, Canadian and Mexican distributed CNG/LNG companies, respectively. He currently serves as a Board Observer for Distributed Gas Solutions Canada and Ganamex. Previously, Cody was with Noble Group in M&A/Principal Investing, Scotiabank in Investment Banking and BNP Paribas in Credit Trading. He began his career at The Blackstone Group in Alternative Asset Management. Cody holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
