Dail St. Claire is a Sr. Advisor and Chief Strategist focused on sustainable investment and business advisory for companies, endowments, foundations, pension funds, and family offices. With a background in Asset/Wealth Management, Climate/Fintech, and Capital Markets, Dail St. Claire began her career managing assets for New York City’s $240 billion public pension funds.

With over 25 years of experience across global public and private markets and building businesses, Dail St. Claire is known for driving operational efficiencies and designing energy transition strategies. Most recently she co-designed a global digital asset trust banking platform that included a sustainable business framework and economic development projects.

Leading SEC and FINRA audits, Dail St. Claire managed businesses with P&L responsibilities and served on small and middle-market company boards. With a track record of growing and scaling financial innovations and businesses in highly regulated industries from early-stage to middle-market, she co-founded Williams Capital, now the largest women- and minority-owned broker-dealer investment bank in the United States.
Through St. Claire Consultants, LLC, a management consulting firm, she advises RIAs, corporations, private investment fund Boards, C-suite leadership, and teams. Dail St. Claire advised the Founders of PKS, $200Bn AUA RIA, 1700 FAs, on their acquisition.

A certified running and fitness coach, Dail St. Claire assists challenged athletes through the Achilles Foundation and serves on numerous nonprofit boards. She holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego, and a MA in Public Policy with a concentration in Business from the University of Chicago.
