Elisa is a Managing Director and Head of Alternatives at Clearbrook Global, is on the firm’s OCIO Investment Committee and covers one OCIO client. Most recently, Elisa was Co-Founder and CIO of E Street Management, LLC. At E Street, as CIO she was responsible for sourcing, due diligence (investment, operational and risk management) and monitoring of all hedge fund investments. She worked closely with the CEO on position sizing and all business matters including the K1 and audit processes, fundraising and general business management. Elisa joined New Legacy Group, LLC as Director of Research in September 2010 where she was responsible for all sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of investments in all asset classes. She sourced all the managers for New Legacy's Emerging Manager Fund and implemented New Legacy’s operational due diligence process. Prior to joining New Legacy, Elisa spent seven years as a Senior Analyst/Portfolio Manager at Tremont Capital Management, a large fund of funds, covering the global long/short equity universe. At Tremont, she was responsible for manager sourcing, analysis and due diligence and also spent time managing their long/short only fund of funds. Before Tremont, she was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Launch Media, an internet music site which was acquired by Yahoo. Before Launch Media, Elisa was a generalist Equity Analyst and Junior Portfolio Manager at Glickenhaus & Co. She began her career at Kidder, Peabody & Co., in retail sales in 1989. Elisa earned a BA in Speech Communications and a Minor in Business from the University of Maryland. She serves on the investment committee for Teachers College of Columbia University’s endowment, a role she has had since October 2005.
