Floyd joined PFM in 2019 as a senior managing consultant. As part of our OCIO business, Floyd works with clients across the country to develop and implement multi-asset class strategies for their portfolios and is a member of our Investment Committee.

Prior to joining PFM, Floyd was the associate portfolio manager for Global and International Equity portfolios for Xponance (formerly FIS Group). His duties included quarterly commentary on the developed markets and investment managers in his purview, monitoring the Global and Developed International Equity portfolios, executing due diligence on managers across the G20 and Emerging Market regions and contributing to intellectual content for ad hoc white papers. His experience also includes working with retail and institutional clients to provide analysis and investment solutions.

Floyd is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, Chartered Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is on the Board of Trustees for A.T. Still University and is a Board member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
