Guido leads the Research effort across Solutions and Multi Asset for DWS and the fund allocations team and programs for FoFs, institutional mandates and a diverse range of Multi Asset portfolios. Guido has 15-years experience in asset management, fund managers selection and asset allocation topics particularly across alternatives.

Guido joined DWS in 2015 and prior to joining was a senior investment analyst for alternative strategies, hedge funds research and portfolio construction for institutional clients at Bourne Park Capital, in London. Before, he worked as an investment analyst on hedge funds and related due diligence at Redi & Partners, again in London. Guido began his career as a junior trader for government bonds and market making at Unicredit, in Milan.

Guido holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Florence and a MSc in Finance from the University of Florence and Copenhagen Business School, He is also a CFA Charterholder.
