Guillermo Vernet, CEO and founder Kandor Global, is an industry veteran with over 30 years of professional experience and extensive business relationships in Miami, USA. Prior to the establishment of Kandor Global in 2020, Guillermo Vernet held positions in the Wealth Management sector within financial groups with a significant presence in Latin America, advising and managing investments for foreign individuals and American residents. Specifically, at Insigneo Wealth Advisors (formerly known as Hencorp), he led the group's division called HBAM from 2010 to 2020. He previously established the office of Compass Group Asset Management in Miami, where he served as General Manager from 2000 to 2010.

For ten years (1991-2000), he held various positions at Chase Bank in the areas of private banking and corporate banking in the offices of New York and Miami in the USA, as well as in Caracas, Venezuela. His studies include an MBA from Cornell University, NY, USA, and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (1988), Caracas, Venezuela.
