Haley Schaffer is a Director within the Investment Strategy Group at ICONIQ. Haley works closely with Multi-Strategy Investment Management clients to build outcome-oriented solutions and offer access to the investment platform.

Previously, Haley was an Investment Strategist on BlackRock’s Alternative Solutions Group, focused on creating custom multi-alternative portfolio solutions for institutional clients and bringing new private markets strategies to market. Most recently, Haley was the Lead Strategist for BlackRock’s first social impact fund. Haley received a BBA degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is Series 7 and 63 Certified.
