Lance Ziettlow is a Senior Investment Officer at the North Dakota Retirement and Investment Office (RIO). The state agency administers an investment program overseen by the State Investment Board that has assets under management of approximately $20 billion. He has more than 20 years of investment experience. Prior to joining RIO, he was the Manager of Investment Strategy and Implementation at CenturyLink Investment Management. Lance received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Jamestown and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver. He holds the Charter Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Colorado.
