Noah Brocious is an Arizona native where he lives with his wife, Jenna, and his 8-year-old son, Bear. He played 4 years of NCAA DIII basketball at California Lutheran University (CLU) in Thousand Oaks, CA. He graduated from CLU in 2003 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Spanish. He is a principal and the President of Capital Fund I, LLC, a real estate asset-based lender which currently has an AUM of ~$750MM. He started his career in real estate in 2004 and has been in the industry ever since having experience in residential and commercial development.
