As an impact investing industry thought leader, she has held prominent positions in the field including with Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and Calvert Impact Capital. Noelle is a strategic thinker, and doer, who has published industry leading research and won multiple awards for her innovative work achieving both positive social impact and profitable results. For instance, she grew Woodforest National Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) investment portfolio from $20MM to $100MM in under three years. She is also Co-Founder and Board Chair of The WOW Center, a community-based organization headquartered in South Jersey with a mission of empowering women.
