Pat is a member of the Private Equity and Junior Capital team at Churchill Asset Management, an investment-specialist affiliate of Nuveen (the asset manager of TIAA). He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing venture capital & growth equity fund commitments and equity co-investments, including portfolio construction and management. Previously, Pat joined Churchill’s parent organization, TIAA, in the Corporate Strategy & Development group. His responsibilities included Corporate Venture Capital investing, management consulting, M&A, and restructuring. Before TIAA, Pat was a Senior Manager at PwC, advising companies on various finance and consulting engagements, ranging from securitization transactions to technology implementations.
Pat graduated with an MBA from Columbia University and earned an MS in Tax Law and a BS in Accounting/Economics from the University at Albany and Siena College, respectively. Pat is a CFA charter holder and licensed CPA. He is a member of the CFA Society of New York and AICPA. Pat resides with his wife and dog in New York, NY, and enjoys traveling.
