Robert Nelson is a member of Mercer’s Leap Continuum team, which provides high-quality private markets research, advice and investment solutions to clients seeking to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in their portfolio, while also pursuing highly competitive risk-adjusted returns. Mr. Nelson co-leads research on private markets investment strategies where key decision makers are women or minorities. Prior to joining Mercer, Mr. Nelson was an Associate in the Private Markets group at Summit Strategies Group, which was acquired by Mercer in 2018. Mr. Nelson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University, where he double majored in Financial Analysis and Strategic Communication Marketing. He has also earned the right to use the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
