Thad Glowacki is a partner and portfolio manager at Brown Advisory. He is responsible for managing the investment portfolios of institutional endowment and foundation clients. Thad has over two decades of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Edgehill Endowment Partners where he was responsible for manager selection, asset allocation and portfolio construction for a collection of mission-driven non-profit institutions. He was also a member of Edgehill's investment committee. Prior to joining Edgehill, Thad was a partner at Mangham Associates where he invested on behalf of more than 30 endowments, foundations and family offices. Before transitioning to endowment management, Thad worked in private equity at Harren Equity Partners, practiced corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He is a member of the bar in the State of New York and serves on the

Board of Trustees for the International School of Charlottesville where he chairs the Finance Committee. Thad graduated from Dartmouth College and The University of Virginia School of Law.
