Tim Dowling is a Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager supporting the High Yield and Bank Loan team at Amundi US. Tim is responsible for representing the firm’s investment philosophy, process, and performance of investment products, and communicating with our clients and their advisors regarding financial market performance, sector trends, and the firm’s financial market and economic outlook.

Prior to working at Amundi US, Tim was a Managing Member of Deep Blue Bid LLC where he marketed multiple alternative credit funds focused on business, CRE and specialty finance lending. Prior to that he was the Lead Portfolio Manager for Global High Yield at NN Investment Partners. In this role, Tim was responsible for managing global high yield portfolios totaling $7 billion in assets under management and managing an 18-person team. Prior to NN, Tim was Partner and Portfolio Manager at Rogge Global Partners where he managed US dollar high yield bond portfolios. He also managed long/short hedge funds utilizing high yield bonds, CDS, equities and bank loans as Managing Director, Senior Vice President at ING Investment Management. Prior to that Tim held High Yield and Distressed Sales positions at Wachovia Securities, Libra Investments, Jefferies & Co. and Bear Stearns & Co. Tim received his BA (cum laude) from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
