Tim McGuire is a Managing Director of National Property REIT Corp. (NPRC), based in Colorado and New York. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC's real estate platform, with a focus on commercial real estate credit opportunities. Prior to joining NPRC, Tim was a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, responsible for investments, capital markets, and fundraising for Brookfield's series of commercial real estate credit funds. Before Brookfield, he was an Executive Director at UBS and an underwriter in Morgan Stanley's Securitized Products Group. Tim received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
