Tom leads the origination, assessment and management of investments for Ingenious within the real estate sector. The team’s focus is on the execution and distribution of private credit for development and bridge asset-backed finance in England and Wales.

Prior to joining Ingenious, Tom spent 27 years at The Royal Bank of Scotland, working extensively within the real estate finance sector, supporting developers and investors. Prior to leaving RBS/Nat West, Tom was a key member of the bank’s Capital Resolution Division, negotiating the divestment of a portfolio of the bank's non-core real estate lending. Assets included residential, commercial and hotel-backed loans across the United Kingdom.

Tom has a keen interest in finding new ways the finance community can come together to promote the reduction of carbon emissions across the property and construction industries.
